Return and Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

A free replacement or full refund will be provided for any damaged or defective product. To qualify, the issue must be reported to the Printify.me support email listed in the order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery. Please include the order ID and photo proof of the defect when submitting the claim.

Returns and Exchanges

All products are made to order; therefore, returns and exchanges are not supported. Please review all product details carefully before placing an order.

Invalid Address or Lost in Transit

If an order is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an invalid or incomplete address, a refund of the product price only will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.
