Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Domestic Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Domestic Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses in some regions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If an order arrives damaged or does not arrivewithin the expected timeframe, contact customer support with the order number and details. Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
